Yes, we recommend that you have MIM downloaded on your personal computer prior to the start of the live reader training sessions to make for a more streamlined training and allow you to be engaged for the demonstration and practice cases. You will be required to have the software downloaded to do the self-assessment cases. (Instructions to be provided separately)
Please note that if you are using a work desktop/laptop, there may be firewalls in place which may prevent MIM from being downloaded. Please use a personal computer or work with your IT department to get MIM downloaded compliantly.
Yes, you will be emailed a certificate of completion after all modules in the reader training have been completed. This is typically within a few days after completion.
